Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team in the Fire Safety Industry. The candidate will be responsible for field marketing, lead generation, client visits, business development, and promoting fire safety products and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through field visits, market research, references, cold calling, and direct client interaction.
- Visit potential customers, offices, commercial establishments, factories, warehouses, societies, construction sites, and other relevant locations.
- Identify potential clients who require fire safety products, equipment, systems, installation, maintenance, or related services.
- Explain company products and services to prospective customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with generated leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Coordinate with the internal sales/technical team for quotations, product details, and client requirements.
- Collect customer requirements and communicate them to the concerned team.
- Maintain records of leads, client visits, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned lead-generation and sales targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential business areas.
- Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, events, and other marketing activities whenever required.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and represent the company positively in the market.
- Provide regular updates to the reporting manager regarding field visits, leads, follow-ups,



and conversions.

- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Ability to generate leads independently.
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel will be an advantage.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and explain solutions effectively.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good command of Hindi and Marathi; basic/good English communication will be preferred.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Any Graduate / Diploma / equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Freshers can apply; candidates with prior experience in sales, marketing, field work, or business development will be preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable with field work and local travel.
- Candidates must have good communication skills and a confident personality.
- Candidates with a two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be preferred.

Freshers Are Welcome Freshers with good communication skills, confidence, a positive attitude, and willingness to work in the field are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in fire safety is not mandatory; product and industry training can be provided.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
