Job Summary

Develop the Faridabad and Gurugram market, generate new business, expand the dealer and distributor network, and build strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, consultants, dealers, distributors, and project clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the Faridabad and Gurugram region.
- Develop and expand the dealer and distributor network across assigned territories.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market visits and customer meetings.
- Develop relationships with contractors, builders, architects, consultants, dealers, distributors, and project clients.
- Promote and sell the company s construction chemical products.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify potential customers and new projects.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and payments.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities, market prices, product demand, and market trends.
- Coordinate with the Technical, Dispatch, Accounts, and Production teams for smooth order execution.
- Provide product information and basic technical support to customers with assistance from the technical team.
- Participate in product demonstrations, customer meetings, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and submit them to management.
- Maintain an updated database of customers, dealers, distributors, and project opportunities.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
- Travel extensively within Faridabad, Gurugram, and assigned nearby territories for business development.





Preferred Qualification Graduate in any discipline. B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred.

Required Skills / Experience

- Graduate in any discipline; B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering will be preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in construction chemicals, building materials, waterproofing products, concrete admixtures, tile adhesives, cement, or other construction products.
- Good knowledge of the Faridabad and Gurugram construction and building materials market will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Positive customer relationship and business development skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Faridabad, Gurugram, and assigned nearby territories.
- Ability to develop and maintain dealer/distributor networks.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.
