- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Develop sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Handle client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
- Generate new leads and build solid client relationships.

- Coordinate with channel partners and internal teams.
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in real estate sales preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Good knowledge of the Noida/Delhi NCR real estate market.
