Job Summary The Ayurvedic Hospital Sales Manager is responsible for driving patient acquisition, business development, referral generation, and revenue growth for the hospital. The role involves building relationships with doctors, wellness centers, corporate organizations, health consultants, insurance partners, and community groups to promote Ayurvedic treatments, therapies, and healthcare services.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase patient footfall and hospital revenue.
- Identify and establish partnerships with general physicians, healthcare professionals, wellness centers, gyms, yoga institutes, and corporate organizations.
- Generate referrals for Ayurvedic consultations, therapies, and inpatient services.
- Organize health camps, awareness programs, and promotional events to attract new patients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Marketing & Promotion
- Promote Ayurvedic treatments, wellness packages, and preventive healthcare programs.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for digital campaigns, social media promotions, and branding initiatives.
- Conduct presentations and seminars highlighting the benefits of Ayurveda and holistic healthcare.
- Develop local market penetration strategies to increase brand visibility.

Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with referring doctors, therapists, and healthcare partners.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients and institutional partners.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and address client concerns promptly.




- Develop corporate wellness partnerships and employee health programs.

Team Management
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
- Monitor daily sales activities and field visits.
- Conduct training sessions on Ayurvedic services and sales techniques.
- Prepare performance reports and sales forecasts.

Reporting & Analysis
- Track sales performance, patient conversion rates, and business growth metrics.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports for management.
- Recommend strategies to improve revenue and market share.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Ayurveda, Pharmacy, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management preferred.
- 5-10 years of experience in healthcare, hospital, pharmaceutical, Ayurvedic, or wellness industry sales.
- Proven track record in business development and team management.
