About the Role We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead and own Noki's pan-India revenue function. You will build the sales team, set targets, and be fully accountable for business growth across government, defense, and healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and deliver annual revenue targets for India

- Build, manage, and mentor the sales team including BDEs

- Drive order booking, pipeline velocity, and deal closure rates

- Expand wallet share with existing accounts (NPCIL, BARC, DRDO, etc.)

- Identify and convert new institutional and government accounts

- Oversee GeM/CPPP tender participation and win rates

- Report weekly on pipeline value, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts

You Will Be Measured On

- Monthly and annual revenue achieved vs. target





- Number of new accounts acquired per quarter

- Tender win rate

- Order-to-closure cycle time

- Team quota attainment

What We're Looking For

- 5–8 years in B2B sales, preferably in scientific instruments, defense, or government sector

- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets

- Experience managing a sales team

- Strong network within PSUs, DRDO labs, or research institutions is a solid advantage
