Role & responsibilities

- Generate new leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.

- Identify potential customers and convert leads into sales opportunities.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Conduct product presentations, meetings, and demonstrations.

- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.

- Maintain accurate customer and sales pipeline information in CRM.

- Follow up consistently with prospects and ensure timely closure.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer onboarding.

- Track market trends and competitor activities.

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Preferred candidate profile





- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.

- 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Good convincing and relationship-building abilities.

- Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving results.

- Ability to generate leads and develop new business opportunities.

- Comfortable with cold calling, client meetings, and follow-ups.

- Valuable knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings, if required.

- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
