We are looking for a Sales Manager – Commercial Marine & Aftermarket to join our team in CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai.
This role is for someone who understands the commercial shipping market and enjoys being close to customers – meeting shipowners, ship managers, Technical Superintendents and procurement teams, understanding vessel requirements, and turning those requirements into real business.
The focus will be on marine equipment, spares, repairs, servicing, retrofits, upgrades and lifecycle support, working closely with leading international OEM partners such as Neuver, TeamTec, Techcross and others.
We are looking for someone with around 5–7 years of relevant experience in commercial shipping, marine equipment, marine services, aftermarket sales or a related maritime business.
What will make you stand out?
- You already know how to work with shipowners and ship management companies.
- You are comfortable speaking with Technical Superintendents and Fleet Managers.
- You understand that good aftermarket sales is not just about responding to RFQs – it is about knowing the customer, the vessel, the installed equipment and the upcoming requirement.
- You enjoy meeting customers and developing business in the field.
- You can coordinate confidently with overseas OEMs and internal technical teams.
- You have the discipline to follow an opportunity from the first discussion all the way to an order.
This is a role for someone who wants to build a market and own customer relationships, not just manage an inbox of enquiries. Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai
