Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Manage and develop dealers, distributors and retailers.
- Appoint current channel partners and expand market reach.
- Build relationships with plumbers, contractors, builders and sanitaryware dealers.
- Drive primary & secondary sales and ensure timely collections.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing.
- Conduct regular market visits and prepare sales reports.
Requirements 5-10 years of experience in sanitary fittings, plumbing, CP fittings, pipes, sanitaryware or building materials.
- Strong dealer/distributor network in Jharkhand preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Strong target-oriented approach and willingness to travel.
