Experience: 10+ years in Sales, preferably Institutional / B2B / Furniture / Building Materials

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive business growth across institutional and B2B markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Lead, motivate and monitor the sales team and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Generate and convert leads from builders, architects, corporates, institutions, government departments, dealers and distributors.
- Handle major clients, negotiations, quotations and order closures.
- Monitor sales pipeline, follow-ups, collections and outstanding payments.
- Identify new markets and opportunities for company products.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Prepare regular sales MIS and provide management with market feedback and sales performance reports.




- Guide the team on customer visits, lead generation and effective sales conversion.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of proven experience in B2B / Institutional Sales.
- Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
- Valuable network among corporates, institutions, builders, architects, government organizations and dealers.
- Strong target-oriented approach with the ability to build and manage a sales team.
- Willingness to travel for business development and client meetings.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and basic CRM reporting.
