Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Architect / Salesforce Technical Team Lead with 9+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, architecture, and team leadership. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in Salesforce Apex Programming, enterprise-level integrations, and solution design. Experience in eCommerce and Loyalty Program integrations is highly preferred.

The candidate should have prior on-paper experience as a Salesforce Architect, Technical Lead, or Team Lead, with a proven track record of leading development teams and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Architect scalable and secure Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Platform capabilities.
- Define technical architecture, integration strategies, and best practices across Salesforce ecosystems.
- Manage and mentor Salesforce developers, conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to development standards.
- Design and implement complex integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive technical discussions, estimations, solution reviews, and deployment planning.
- Support eCommerce platform integrations and Loyalty Management solutions to enhance customer engagement and retention programs.
- Ensure platform scalability, security, performance optimization, and governance compliance.
- Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to Salesforce roadmap planning.





Required Skills

Technical Skills

- Strong expertise in Salesforce Apex Programming.
- Extensive experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Architecture and Design Patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Integration Services using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Expertise in SOQL, SOSL, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Apex.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Robust knowledge of Salesforce Security Model, Sharing Rules, Profiles, and Permission Sets.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.

Leadership Skills

- On-paper experience as Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Technical Lead, or Team Lead.
- Experience managing and mentoring development teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
- Ability to drive technical decision-making and architecture governance.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in eCommerce integrations.
- Experience with Loyalty Program or Loyalty Management integrations.
- Experience with MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or similar integration platforms.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect Certifications.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Mandatory Requirements

- 9+ years of Salesforce experience.
- Expert-level Salesforce Apex Programming.
- Prior on-paper experience as Salesforce Architect or Technical Team Lead.
- Strong Integration Services experience.
- Experience leading technical teams.
- Willingness to work from Bhubaneswar location.
