Senior Accounts Manager – Lucknow

Position: Senior Accounts Manager

Experience: 15–20 Years

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete accounting and finance operations of the organization.
Prepare and finalize Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and other financial statements .
Handle taxation, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance .
Ensure timely preparation and filing of GST returns and tax returns .
Manage day-to-day accounting, ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliation, receivables, and payables.
Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation.
Handle Tally and ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and statutory authorities.
Prepare MIS and financial reports for management.
Monitor cash flow, expenses, outstanding payments, and collections.
Supervise and guide the accounts team.




Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
15–20 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
Solid hands-on experience in Balance Sheet preparation and finalization .
Excellent knowledge of Taxation, GST, TDS, and Income Tax .
Tally proficiency is mandatory.
Robust knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Experience in handling audits and statutory compliance.
Strong team management and analytical skills.
Candidates from construction, infrastructure, architecture, or consulting industries will be preferred.
