1. Job Objective
To develop and grow sales of medical equipment, hospital supplies, laboratory products, and related solutions by identifying new customers, managing existing accounts, developing institutional business, and achieving assigned sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with hospitals, laboratories, diagnostic centres, pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, government organizations, and other healthcare customers.
1. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Conduct regular customer visits and product presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and purchase orders.
- Develop new accounts and increase business from existing customers.
B. Institutional & Hospital Sales
- Develop business with hospitals, laboratories, diagnostic centres, medical colleges, universities, research institutes, and pharmaceutical companies.
- Establish relationships with doctors, purchase managers, biomedical engineers, laboratory managers, administrators, and key decision-makers.
- Identify upcoming equipment requirements, projects, budgets, and replacement opportunities.
- Coordinate product demonstrations and technical discussions.
C. Government & Tender Business
- Identify relevant government, institutional, and GeM tender opportunities.
- Review tender requirements, specifications, eligibility criteria, commercial terms, warranty, AMC/CMC, delivery, and payment conditions.
- Coordinate with the internal team for technical compliance, documentation, quotations, and tender submission.
- Track tender status, technical evaluation, price bid, negotiation, and order finalization.
- Develop business with government hospitals, medical colleges, research institutions, and public-sector organizations.
D. Dealer / Channel Development
- Identify and appoint suitable dealers/distributors where required.
- Develop and manage channel partners within the assigned territory.
- Provide product information, quotations, and sales support to dealers.
- Monitor dealer performance and business potential.
- Develop new territories through channel expansion.
E. Product Knowledge
- Develop solid knowledge of the company's medical, laboratory,
and hospital product portfolio.
- Understand product applications, technical specifications, competitive advantages, and pricing.
- Keep updated with new products, technologies, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with technical/service teams for demonstrations, installation, training, and after-sales support.
F. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and business opportunities.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate internally for timely resolution.
G. Sales Reporting & Forecasting
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline.
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports as required.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Track enquiry-to-order conversion.
- Monitor competitor pricing, products, and market activities.
- Update management regarding major opportunities and potential orders.
H. Order & Payment Follow-up
- Coordinate with customers for purchase orders and required documentation.
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, service, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Follow up for timely delivery and installation.
- Monitor outstanding payments and support collection follow-up.

1. Qualification
Preferred Qualification:
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Tech. / M.Tech. / MBA / B.Pharm / M.Pharm or equivalent.
- Candidates with a background in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Medical Equipment, or related fields will be preferred.

Sales Executive: 2–5 years Sales Manager: 5–10 years
Experience in any of the following will be preferred:
- Medical equipment sales

1. Overall Responsibility
The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end sales activities from lead generation to order closure, delivery coordination, customer satisfaction, payment follow-up, and repeat business development, while maintaining professional relationships with customers and channel partners. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
