Position: Sales Executive – Real Estate Sales

Experience Required

●2+ years of experience in real estate sales with a focus on lead generation.

●Hands-on experience in team coordination and managing diverse residential projects.

●Robust understanding of the Bangalore real estate market.

●Proven track record in lead generation and team coordination.

Working Hours 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Weekly Off: Tuesday

Key Responsibilities

●Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for residential projects through direct clients.

●Generate and qualify leads through direct client acquisition & referrals.





●Conduct property presentations, project briefings, site visits, and customer meetings with high deal-conversion efficiency.

●Convert inquiries into bookings through effective sales and negotiation techniques.

●Build, expand, and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers and investors.

●Manage the complete sales cycle from initial lead generation to booking, documentation support, and final deal closure.

●Ensure timely follow-up with prospective buyers

●Coordinate with marketing teams and developers to plan project launches and promotional campaigns.

●Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and buyer preferences to maximize project revenue.

●Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.

●Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and nurture long-term client relationships to generate repeat business.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
