Handles direct customer interactions,product sales and Gold Saving Scheme (GSS) enrollments

1.Explain product details,gold/silver purity and pricing to customers

1. Promote and enroll customers in the Gold Saving Scheme

3.Assist customers with customization orders in co-ordination with supervisors. 4.Upsell and cross-sell jewellery items to maximize sales value

5.Follow up with customers after store visits.

1. Robust product knowledge, exceptional customer service, effective communication, and sales expertise.
