Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

- Ensure accurate dispensing of eyewear products according to company policies and procedures.

- Maintain a clean and organized store setting, adhering to health and safety standards.

Job Requirements :

- 2-7 years of experience in optical sales or related field (dispensing).

- Strong knowledge of optics, ophthalmology, and vision care industry trends.

- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
