HIGH-TICKET SALES EXECUTIVE STOCK VENTURE

Location: Remote | India Compensation: 100% Incentive-Based | No Fixed Salary

Stock Venture is hiring a High-Ticket Sales Executive to handle inbound enquiries, explain our courses, follow up with prospects and close enrollments.

For first 3 months its completely incentive based after 3 month of probation period, It will be 30,000 + incentive.

EARNING POTENTIAL IN 3 MONTHS OF PROBATION PERIOD

- 110 enrollments: 3,000 each
- 1120 enrollments: 5,000 each
- 21+ enrollments: 8,000 each
- 10 enrollments = 30,000
- 20 enrollments = 80,000
- 30 enrollments = 1,60,000
- 40 enrollments = 2,40,000

The more you convert, the more you earn. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Candidates with proven experience in HIGH-TICKET SERVICE SALES, preferably selling services in the 50,000+ range.

Relevant experience:

- Education / Coaching / Training
- Consulting / Professional Services




- SaaS / High-value Services
- Insurance / Financial Services

Service-sales experience is strongly preferred.

NOT SUITABLE FOR:

- Physical / Product Sales
- FMCG / Retail Sales
- Low-ticket Telecalling
- Customer Support without sales/closing experience

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven high-ticket sales & closing experience
- Strong Hindi & English communication
- Marathi is an advantage
- Solid objection handling & follow-up skills
- Comfortable handling inbound calls and occasional outbound calls
- Comfortable with 100% incentive-based compensation
