Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Inventory Operations
Manage loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing products.
Verify product quantities against invoices, challans, and dispatch documents.
Conduct regular stock checks and inventory reconciliation.
Maintain proper storage and organization of products within the warehouse.
Ensure inventory records are updated accurately.

Packaging & Dispatch Management
Oversee product packaging as per company standards.
Prepare dispatch documentation including invoices, shipping labels, e-way bills, and delivery challans.
Coordinate daily dispatch schedules with logistics partners.
Ensure all shipments are packed, labeled, and dispatched accurately and on time.
Monitor dispatch timelines and maintain dispatch records.

Shipment Tracking & Delivery Coordination
Track shipments from dispatch to final delivery.
Coordinate with courier partners, transporters, and vendors for shipment movement.
Resolve delivery delays, shipment discrepancies,



and logistics-related issues.
Maintain regular communication with customers and internal teams regarding shipment status.
Ensure proof of delivery (POD) collection and record maintenance.

Vendor & Logistics Coordination

Build and maintain relationships with courier and logistics partners.
Negotiate and coordinate transportation requirements when needed.
Escalate operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor courier performance and delivery success rates.

Process & Compliance
Ensure adherence to warehouse safety and operational procedures.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
Support implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics regulations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
