Sales Counsellor

Immediate hiring position

Location: Greater Noida

Work Mode: Work from Office

Working Days: 6 days/week

Experience: 1 - 2 years

Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000/month, depending on experience

Commission: Additional performance-based commission

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound leads and conduct counselling/sales calls.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the appropriate service or program.
- Explain offerings, pricing, process and timelines clearly.
- Handle customer queries, objections and follow-ups professionally.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective customers.
- Convert qualified leads into customers.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Meet monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams when required.





Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, counselling, admissions or a related role.
- Excellent spoken English and Hindi — mandatory.
- Strong communication, persuasion and objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Solid follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple leads.
- Comfortable working with CRM and excel systems.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week from our Greater Noida office .
