We’re looking for dynamic, passionate and target-driven Sales Counsellors to join our growing EdTech team.
Position: Sales Counsellor
Salary: Up to 4 LPA + Incentives
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year in EdTech Sales
Qualification: Graduate –
Working: 6 Days a Week
English Communication: Mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, qualify & nurture leads through calls and follow-ups
- Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable courses
- Handle queries, objections and convert leads into enrollments
- Build solid learner relationships
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales records
Ideal Candidate 6 Months–1 Year EdTech Sales Experience
Excellent English communication
Strong sales & negotiation skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
