Role & responsibilities

- Coordinate and support the sales team with day-to-day operations.

- Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices.

- New customer registration & database management.

- Maintain and update customer databases and SAP-CRM systems.

- Communicate with clients regarding order status, delivery schedules, and after-sales support.

- Follow up on outstanding payments with customers and coordinate with the finance team.

- Liaise with logistics, finance, and production teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate billing.

- Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

- Track sales targets and report on performance metrics.

- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

- Coordinate with internal departments for product availability, lead times,



and technical clarifications.

- Assist in preparing and submitting commercial proposals.

- Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback for continuous improvement.

- Monitor and follow up on pending quotations and ensure timely closure.

- Organize and support customer visits, exhibitions, and trade shows.

- Ensure compliance with internal sales processes and documentation standards.

- Provide administrative support for sales meetings, reviews, and audits.

Preferred candidate profile

- SAP knowledge added advantage

- B. E/B. Tech/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Plastics Technology

- Positive Communication Skills
