As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Telecalling Executive to join our dynamic sales team.

Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to support our sales process for dental products and equipment. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and driving sales through telephonic communication. The role involves reaching out to dental clinics, hospitals, and professionals to present and sell Skyloc Dentec’s products.

Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to dental clinics, hospitals, and dental professionals to introduce Skyloc Dentec’s products and services.

Product Promotion: Present and explain the features, perks, and advantages of dental products and equipment to potential customers.

Lead Generation: Qualify leads and gather detailed customer information to identify sales opportunities and contribute to the overall sales pipeline.

Sales Support: Assist in converting leads into sales by providing information,



answering questions, and overcoming objections in a professional and persuasive manner.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and follow-up.

Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback in the CRM system.

Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, progress, and challenges to the Sales Manager.

Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with product specifications, features, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.

Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent any Bachelor’s degree Experience: Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.

Skills: Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to build rapport and engage effectively with potential clients. Goal-oriented with the ability to meet sales targets. Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software). Multitasking and time management abilities.
