We are looking for a Technology-oriented Sales Professional who can understand our product, demonstrate it to businesses and convert qualified leads into customers.

Job Role

As a Technical Sales Executive, you will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, demonstrating WAISE and helping businesses understand how AI and WhatsApp automation can improve their sales and customer support.

You will work closely with the Sales and Product teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound leads and generate new B2B sales opportunities.
- Understand customer business requirements and identify suitable WAISE solutions.
- Conduct product demos through Google Meet, Zoom or in-person meetings.
- Explain WhatsApp Cloud API, AI Agents, CRM, Lead Management and Automation in a straightforward business-friendly way.
- Understand basic technical concepts related to APIs, CRM, SaaS and business automation.
- Follow up with prospects through WhatsApp, phone calls and email.
- Manage leads and sales activities through CRM.
- Prepare quotations and assist customers during onboarding.
- Coordinate with the technical/product team when customers have integration or technical requirements.
- Maintain proper sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers.

Basic RequirementsTechnology Background is Required Candidates should have an educational,



qualified or practical background in technology.

Compensation Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Final compensation will depend on experience, communication skills and sales performance.
