Techwurkz is hiring an experienced SailPoint IdentityIQ L3 Consultant / Administrator for a leading global consulting organization. If you have solid expertise in SailPoint IIQ, IGA, application onboarding, access governance, CI/CD, and production support, this is an excellent opportunity to work on enterprise IAM environments.

Position Details

✔ Role: SailPoint IdentityIQ L3 Consultant / Admin

✔ Experience: 7–9 Years

✔ Location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune & Chennai

✔ Work Model: Hybrid

✔ Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST + occasional night shifts / 24×7 on-call support

✔ Employment Type: Full-time

What You'll Do

✔ Administer and support SailPoint IdentityIQ across enterprise IAM environments.

✔ Manage Joiner, Mover & Leaver (JML) processes, provisioning, deprovisioning, and entitlement management.

✔ Execute access certification, recertification, exception management, and governance reporting.

✔ Configure and optimize RBAC, roles, entitlements, workflows, policies, approvals, and lifecycle events.

✔ Lead application onboarding, connector configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and integration activities.

✔ Support CI/CD pipeline execution, deployments, code fixes, enhancements, and production releases.

✔ Troubleshoot complex IAM incidents, workflow failures, access issues, and defects.

✔ Perform access reviews, entitlement analysis, SoD assessments, and remediation.

✔ Work with application owners, infrastructure teams, security teams, and auditors.

✔ Develop reports, dashboards,



documentation, and operational improvements.

What We're Looking For

✔ 7–9 years of experience in IAM / IGA.

✔ Strong hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ L3 / Administration experience.

✔ Experience with application onboarding, connectors, workflows, provisioning, and access governance.

✔ Experience with code fixes, enhancements, CI/CD deployments, and production support.

✔ Strong knowledge of RBAC, entitlement management, access certification, JML, and SoD.

✔ Working knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP, and authentication ecosystems.

✔ Solid troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
