Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular safety inspections at construction sites.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Identify potential hazards and take corrective/preventive actions.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions for workers.
- Ensure proper use of PPE such as helmets, safety shoes, harnesses, gloves, etc.
- Monitor work-at-height, electrical, excavation, lifting, and other high-risk activities.
- Maintain safety records, inspection reports, and incident documentation.
- Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with site teams to implement safety measures.
- Ensure emergency and fire-safety procedures are properly followed.
Eligibility
- Diploma in Fire & Safety is mandatory.
- Candidates with construction-site safety experience will be preferred.
- Freshers with relevant qualification may also be considered.
