Divine Corporate Advisors Private Limited is a financial consultancy firm established in 2013, specializing in Debt Syndication, Corporate Finance and Strategic Financial Solutions. We work closely with businesses and banks on various financial and corporate documentation requirements. We are looking for a motivated ROC & Corporate Compliance Trainee / CA Article who is interested in developing practical experience in ROC-related work and corporate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

* Preparation of ROC Search Reports for banks and financial institutions.

- Assistance in ROC Charge Creation, Modification and Satisfaction filings.
- Handling and assisting with various MCA/ROC forms and filings.
- Checking company master data, charges and other ROC-related information.
- Reviewing corporate documents and extracting relevant information.
- Maintaining proper records and documentation of ROC assignments.
- Coordinating with clients for required documents and information.
- Supporting the team in Debt Syndication and financial consultancy assignments.
- Following up with clients and internal team members for completion of assignments.
- Learning and handling ROC-related assignments independently with experience.

Who We Are Looking For

* CA Article / CA Inter candidate interested in practical corporate and financial work.





- Graduate / Commerce graduate with an interest in ROC and corporate compliance work.
- Freshers with good learning ability are welcome.
- Candidates with prior experience in ROC/MCA work, CA firms or financial consultancy firms will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Robust attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work with deadlines and maintain accuracy.
