Position Summary
As an experienced Manager at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines.
Work you'll do
As an Operations Manager on the Healthcare Operations team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading revenue cycle management (RCM) transitions and transformation programs, including delivery planning, resourcing, governance, and execution against transition milestones
- Managing project and account operations, including engagement economics, status reporting, quality processes, audit responses, and executive leadership reporting
- Building relationships with project leadership and client stakeholders while identifying opportunities to expand support across healthcare operations
- Leading and developing teams by providing performance assessments, supporting appraisals, driving talent engagement, and coaching junior practitioners
- Driving process standardization, change management, and automation-enabled process re-engineering to improve service level agreements (SLAs), operational efficiency, and key performance metrics

By leveraging your business expertise and advanced technology, you will help ensure every solution is seamlessly integrated with Industry Advantage and aligned with sector-specific requirements. With your focus on innovation and measurable value, you will empower clients to achieve strategic objectives, enhance operational efficiency, and stay competitive in a rapidly evolving marketplace by addressing core business challenges and opportunities across industries.
Location: Hyderabad/Chennai
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM, 2 PM to 11 PM, or 6 PM to 3 AM IST
Work Days: 5 Days WFO
Qualifications
Required
- 16-19 years of experience in revenue cycle management (RCM) operations
- Experience leading healthcare operations transition or transformation programs
- Experience managing large-scale service delivery teams and practitioner span
- Experience with project metrics, pricing, financials, and engagement reporting
- Experience driving process standardization, quality framework execution, and operational improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, finance, business, or another specified field
Preferred:
- Experience in accounts payable or general accounting
- Experience in the business process outsourcing (BPO) sector supporting revenue cycle operations
- Experience in accounts receivable (AR) processes
- Experience setting up a shared service center or leading process transitions
- Experience supporting global clients and large-scale operations
- Advanced degree such as Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Health Administration (MHA)
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Revenue Cycle Representative or Certified Skilled Coder
