Linens N Drapes is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team.

The role involves assisting customers in selecting curtains, fabrics, designs and window treatments based on their requirements, guiding them through available options, preparing quotations and converting enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend to customers visiting the store and understand their curtain and furnishing requirements.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to convert enquiries into orders.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone and WhatsApp.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust customer-handling and convincing skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone and basic computer applications.
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales.
- Good follow-up skills and ability to convert enquiries into sales.
- Kannada and English communication skills preferred; Hindi is an added advantage.
