We are looking for an experienced Retail Operations & Site Management qualified with 45 years of relevant retail experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, conducting regular site visits and inspections, ensuring floor management, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining brand standards and alignment across retail locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day retail site operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store/site.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Handle floor management and ensure proper execution of retail activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, landlords and other stakeholders to get things done within timelines.
- Ensure all retail sites are maintained as per the company's brand standards and guidelines.
- Monitor site readiness, maintenance, housekeeping, branding and overall presentation.
- Coordinate for new store/site setup, renovation, maintenance and related activities.
- Handle and coordinate rental agreements, lease agreements, vendor agreements and other commercial/legal documentation.
- Review basic legal documentation and coordinate with legal consultants wherever required.
- Ensure compliance with agreed rental, contractual and commercial terms.
- Identify operational gaps and take corrective action in coordination with relevant teams.
- Regularly report site status, issues, inspection findings and action points to management.
- Ensure brand alignment across all retail locations in terms of appearance, processes and customer experience.
Candidate Requirements:
- 4–5 years of relevant retail industry experience.
- Strong experience in retail operations and site management.
- Good knowledge of site inspection, floor management and vendor coordination.
- Basic to good knowledge of legal agreements, rental/lease agreements and commercial documentation.
- Strong follow-up and execution skills with the ability to get tasks completed.
- Good communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
- Should be comfortable with frequent site visits.
- Male candidate preferred due to the nature of the role and travel/site requirements.
- Candidates based in or willing to work around Pimple Saudagar / Aundh, Pune will be preferred.
