As a Retail Fashion Stylist at Bonsoir, you will be the face of the brand for our customers.
Your role will combine fashion styling, client interaction and sales. You will understand a customer's occasion, preferences, personality and requirements, and help them build the right look from start to finish.
From a sharp suit for a wedding reception to a complete ethnic look for a wedding, you will be responsible for making the customer's shopping experience feel personal, effortless and premium.
This is not a traditional sales role. We are looking for someone who can sell through expertise, styling and genuine understanding of the customer.
What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of men's fashion, tailoring and styling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, well-groomed and comfortable interacting with affluent and discerning customers.
- Strong sales orientation with the ability to build genuine customer relationships.
- Good understanding of fit, proportions, colours, fabrics and garment construction.
- A natural ability to understand what a customer wants — sometimes even when they cannot articulate it themselves.
- Comfortable working towards sales targets.
- Strong attention to detail and a polished approach to customer service.
- Experience in premium/luxury retail, fashion retail, menswear or personal styling is valued.
