Roles & Responsibilities
Overall in-charge of project site stores, inventory management, and material reconciliation.
Ensure receipt, proper storage, and issuance of project materials as per company SOP.
Maintain updated stock registers (manual/digital) and reconcile with ERP/records.
Prepare GRN & support ERP entries
Verify vendor challans, GRNs, and coordinate with accounts for material inward entries.
Ensure protected custody of tools, tackles, and project-specific consumables.
Monitor physical verification of materials weekly and monthly.
Handle billing support verify material consumption against BOQ & contractor bills.
Supervise site in charges /store in charges for day-to-day operations.
Liaison with Planning /Billing team for material reconciliation and project cost monitoring.
Implement safety and housekeeping norms in stores area.
Report shortages, damages, or pilferage immediately to Project Manager.




Support project execution through coordination with Site Engineers for timely material availability
Submit weekly/monthly reports on inventory, billing, and site progress
Liaise with procurement and vendors for timely material availability.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
