Job Overview

The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for handling leads generated by the company, understanding client requirements, explaining projects, coordinating site visits, maintaining follow-ups, and assisting clients throughout the buying process until successful closure.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management
Contact and qualify leads provided by the company.
Understand customer requirements, budget, and investment objectives.
Explain project details, pricing, location advantages,



payment plans, and investment opportunities.
Share project brochures, presentations, and relevant information with prospects.

Site Visit Coordination
Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested clients.
Conduct project presentations during site visits.
Guide clients through project features, amenities, and investment perks.
Ensure a smooth and skilled site visit experience.

Follow-Up & Client Relationship Management
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers.
Build long-term relationships with clients and investors.
Address client concerns, objections, and queries professionally.
Keep prospects engaged throughout the decision-making process.

Sales & Closure
Convert qualified leads into site visits and bookings.
Assist clients with documentation and purchase procedures.
Coordinate with internal teams and project representatives whenever required.
