Reports To: [Service Lead / Architecture Lead / Tower Lead]

Role Purpose:
Own end-to-end design, deployment, transformation, and operations of enterprise DDI services with specialization in BlueCat platform.
Role Summary

This role combines SME execution with architect-level responsibilities across design, governance, delivery, and operations.
Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design
Define DDI architecture (HLD/LLD)
Standardize DNS, DHCP, and IPAM design
Drive migration and consolidation initiatives
Participate in architecture governance
Identify risks and optimization prospects

Deployment & Transformation
Deploy BlueCat DDI solutions
Support DNS/DHCP/IPAM migrations
Perform testing, validation, and cutover
Provide go/no-go validation





Operations (L3 SME)
Provide L3 support for DDI services
Troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, and IPAM issues
Perform root cause analysis
Ensure SLA adherence

BlueCat Platform
Configure and manage BlueCat appliances
Perform upgrades and lifecycle management
Implement DNS security features (DNSSEC)

Monitoring & Automation
Enable monitoring and alerting
Drive automation for DNS/IPAM workflows
Improve IPAM data quality

Security & Compliance
Ensure secure DNS architecture
Address vulnerabilities
Support audits and compliance

Documentation & Governance
Maintain HLD, LLD, and runbooks
Ensure documentation accuracy
Support knowledge transfer

Stakeholder Management
Act as DDI SME
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams
