Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Client Counseling:
Provide expert advice and counseling to clients on various aesthetic procedures (e.g., Botox, fillers, laser treatments, chemical peels, etc.).
Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients’ needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
Explain pre and post-procedure care, manage client expectations, and handle inquiries or concerns.
Maintain robust client relationships and provide follow-up support to ensure satisfaction.
Clinic Management:
Oversee daily operations of the clinic, including scheduling, resource allocation, and staff management.
Ensure a high level of customer service and smooth clinic workflow.
Manage inventory for skincare products, treatment supplies, and equipment.
Monitor treatment rooms and ensure they are clean, well-maintained, and properly equipped.
Sales and Revenue Management:
Assist in promoting clinic services and products to enhance sales and meet financial targets.
Develop and execute marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.




Track and analyze performance metrics, including client retention and revenue growth.
Staff Supervision and Training:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of support staff, including aestheticians and receptionists.
Organize training programs to keep the team updated on the latest procedures, products, and technologies.
Foster a positive work workplace, ensuring high morale and team cohesion.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain detailed client records, including treatment history and personal preferences.
Implement customer feedback and address concerns to improve client retention and satisfaction.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health & safety protocols, and clinic policies.
Stay updated with the latest advancements and certifications in cosmetic dermatology and aesthetics.
