Position:
Reservations Associate / Reservations Executive
What we’re looking for:
- 1–3 years of experience in hotel reservations, front office or revenue operations
- Valuable communication and guest-handling skills
- Knowledge of OTA extranets, channel managers and booking systems preferred
- Ability to manage calls, emails, inventory coordination and upselling
- Resort experience will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle room reservations and guest queries
- Coordinate with Front Office & Revenue teams
- Manage OTA and direct bookings
- Maintain accurate reservation records
- Maximise room revenue through effective selling
