Provide onsite IT Asset Management, inventory management, end-user support, OEM warranty coordination, and lifecycle management services at the customer location.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory of 5,000+ IT assets.
- Update ownership, location, warranty and lifecycle records.
- Perform onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Prepare returned laptops for reassignment.
- Manage HP, Dell and OEM warranty tickets.
- Provide Level-1 desktop support.
- Perform monthly health checks and preventive maintenance.
- Conduct physical verification and CMDB updates.
- Prepare monthly reports.
- Support installations and rollout activities.

Qualifications Experience: 2-5 years in Desktop Support or IT Asset Management.
Education: Diploma/Bachelor's in IT/CS or related field.
Skills: Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, AD basics, desktop support, asset management tools, basic networking.
