Relationship Manager

Role Overview -

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for conducting calls, following up with external stakeholders, and scheduling meetings with HR departments and zonal representatives of partner companies. The role requires effective coordination with the National Sales Manager (NSM) and internal leadership, while ensuring proper management of data and records. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills and proficiency in Excel to handle reporting and meeting coordination efficiently.

Key Responsibilities -

Conduct skilled calls and follow-ups with HRs and zonal representatives of partner companies.

Schedule and manage meetings in coordination with the NSM and internal management.

Maintain and update all relevant data, records, and reports in Excel.

Ensure smooth communication flow between external stakeholders and internal teams.





Track meeting outcomes and prepare follow-up action plans.

Represent the company professionally in all interactions.

Required Skills & Competencies -

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and coordination abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.

Ability to multitask and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

Professional demeanor with confidence in engaging with HR and senior management.

Qualifications -

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Freshers with strong communication and Excel skills are welcome.

Prior experience in client communication, HR coordination, or relationship management preferred.
