We are looking for driven, target-oriented individuals to join our sales team as Relationship Managers (RM) and Senior Relationship Managers (SRM). In this role, you will connect with potential property buyers, guide them through project options, arrange site visits, and close sales.
*_Key Responsibilities*_
Connect with verified leads and database contacts to understand property requirements and pitch relevant projects.
Schedule and coordinate site visits for prospective clients.
Travel to dedicated project site offices on weekends to conduct site tours and facilitate in-person meetings.
Negotiate and assist clients through the booking and documentation process to successfully close deals.
Maintain regular follow-ups with active leads to ensure a smooth sales pipeline.
*_Eligibility & Requirements*_
RM: Open to freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience in real estate or any inside/direct sales role.
SRM: 2–3+ years of proven track record in real estate sales or high-ticket sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Must be comfortable with weekend travel to project sites.
Self-motivated with an eagerness to achieve sales targets.
