What Will You Do?---

- Understand client requirements and technical JDs
- Conduct industry and competitor research

- Screen candidates for technical and functional suitability
- Conduct candidate discussions and preliminary assessments
- Manage candidate engagement and interview coordination
- Work on positions ranging from middle management to senior management and CXO level
- Maintain and develop long-term talent pipelines

--This Is NOT a Tele calling Job -- We do not follow the traditional:

Database Calling CV Forwarding model.

Our recruiters are expected to research first and source strategically.

You will receive proper guidance and practical exposure to understand how industries work, where talent is available and how professional Executive Search is conducted.

Experience: Freshers with excellent communication skills to 5 years of recruitment experience. Candidates with 6 months+ recruitment experience will be preferred.
