THE ROLE

We are looking for an ambitious and execution-driven Recruitment Specialist who understands that recruitment is not simply about sourcing profiles—it is about identifying the right talent, maintaining momentum across every stage of the hiring cycle, and consistently driving vacancies toward closure. The ideal candidate will bring strong screening capability, sourcing intelligence, structured data management, and a sharp follow-up discipline.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Profile Evaluation & Shortlisting: Screen candidate profiles against job descriptions and vacancy requirements with

precision, ensuring strong alignment between candidate capability and client expectations.
- Vacancy Ownership: Develop a explicit understanding of each client requirement and execute targeted sourcing and

shortlisting strategies to improve closure rates.
- Strategic Sourcing: Research, evaluate, and leverage emerging job portals, professional networks, databases, and

sourcing channels to access high-quality talent.
- Candidate Database Management: Build and maintain a structured, searchable, and up-to-date repository of

candidate profiles for current and future hiring requirements.
- Data & Reporting: Create and manage Excel-based trackers, candidate pipelines, status reports, and recruitment

data with accuracy and consistency.
- CV Quality Control:



Assess candidate resumes critically and ensure that only relevant and well-matched profiles are

submitted for client consideration.
- Interview Coordination: Drive timely follow-ups with clients and candidates to coordinate interview schedules and

maintain momentum throughout the selection process.
- Weekly Business Updates: Prepare structured reports on open and closed positions, pipeline movement, closures,

and key recruitment insights.
- Operational Excellence: Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining speed, accuracy, ownership,

and attention to detail.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Graduate in any discipline; an MBA or specialization in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition is mandatory, with demonstrated strength in profile

screening, sourcing, interview coordination, and vacancy closure.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for trackers, reporting, data organization, and recruitment analysis.
- A proactive and research-oriented mindset with the ability to discover and adopt new sourcing channels.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities, with the discipline to manage multiple priorities without

compromising quality.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- A results-driven approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Willingness to work full-time from our Baner office in Pune.
