What You'll Own
- Drive recruitment activities across assigned requirements
- Source and identify relevant talent through multiple channels
- Screen candidates and conduct initial discussions
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines
- Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and ensure timely closures
- Deliver a professional and engaging candidate experience
What we’re looking for
• 0–2 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Prefer Blue collar
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills & conducting structured interviews.
- Good sourcing and candidate resume screening for blue collar roles & engagement capabilities
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
- A proactive mindset with strong ownership and follow-through
- Ability to use recruitment platforms, and data-driven methods for talent acquisition
- Organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple hiring mandates in a fast-paced environment
- Freshers with a genuine interest in HR & Recruitment are also welcome
