- Outbound calling for overdue loan EMI and payment follow-ups
- Assisting customers with repayment plans and payment resolutions
- Handling customer queries related to loan repayments
- Maintaining records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Achieving monthly collection and recovery targets
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- BRA Certificate is a must have.
- 1–3 years of experience in Collections, Recovery, Telecalling, Customer Service, Banking, NBFC, Fintech, or BPO processes
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Comfortable with outbound calling and target-oriented work
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills
