Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.

Able to have technical discussions with senior researchers on high end equipments and consumables like Molecular Biology Reagents, ELISA, Antibodies etc.

Knowledge of BET/LAL test will be an added advantage.

Identify and develop recent business opportunities across the academic, pharmaceutical, food, research, and laboratory sectors.

Generate leads through market research, customer visits, referrals, exhibitions, seminars, and other business-development activities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with QA/QC, R&D;, analytical, production, procurement, laboratory, and academic customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate consumables and laboratory instruments and solutions.

Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on proposals to successfully close sales.





Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and enquiry handling through order closure and customer follow-up.

Maintain regular contact with existing customers to identify repeat business, upgrades, replacement requirements, and cross-selling prospects.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.

Maintain accurate sales reports, customer databases, sales pipelines, and forecasts.

Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and customer events.

Ensure timely collection of payments and support the company in maintaining healthy receivables.
