Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage preschool operations and administration.
Lead and mentor teaching and support staff.
Handle admissions, parent counseling, and enrollment targets.
Ensure quality implementation of the curriculum.
Organize school events and parent meetings.
Maintain safety, hygiene, and compliance standards.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Education or related field.
Solid leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Positive knowledge of admissions and parent relationship management.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
