Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate and detailed AutoCAD drawings for projects.
Develope complete Positive for Construction (GFC) drawing sets.
Create detailed elevations, sections, and construction details.
Prepare coordinated MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) drawings.
Coordinate with the design team to ensure drawings accurately reflect design intent.
Update drawings based on site observations and design revisions.
Maintain drawing standards, layering, annotations, and documentation.
Required Technical Skills
Robust proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Sketchup & other 3d software
Working knowledge of MEP coordination and drawings.
Excellent understanding of CAD standards, line weights, layers, plotting, and drawing hierarchy.
Robust attention to detail and technical accuracy
