POSITION OVERVIEW:
Shubh Labh Matrimonial Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a smart, responsible, well-organized and trustworthy Personal Secretary / Executive Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative, coordination and executive support to the management.

The role requires professionalism, reliability, discretion, good organizational ability and a responsible approach towards assigned work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage daily appointments, meetings, schedules, reminders and follow-ups.
Maintain proper records, documents, files and confidential information.
Coordinate with office staff, clients, vendors and other concerned persons on behalf of management.
Maintain follow-up records and ensure that key pending matters are followed up on time.
Assist management in planning and organizing meetings, appointments and day-to-day activities.
Prepare basic reports, notes,



summaries and work updates as required.
Assist in documentation, data management and general administrative work.
Support management in day-to-day office coordination and operational activities.
Maintain confidentiality of company, client, staff and management-related information.
Perform other reasonable administrative and executive support responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Good computer knowledge.
Good typing, documentation and record-maintenance skills.
Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, reminders and follow-ups.
Responsible, punctual and disciplined approach towards work.
Qualified behaviour and presentable personality.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Willingness to learn, take responsibility and adapt
