About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Valuations Coordinator
In this role, you will:
Perform valuation reviews to confirm appropriate content and compliance with federal, regulatory and bank policy
Support the work of less experienced staff and overall effectiveness of the whole team
Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within Valuations
Assign reviews according to due dates and rush requests
Ensure proper distribution of workflow according to schedules
Monitor daily, monthly and quarterly production reports and assist with on-boarding and training
Perform complex organizational, assignable, workable and customer-centric tasks
Interact with immediate team, department staff and individuals outside of Valuations on questions or feedback
Interact with internal or external customers in a customer support role
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Valuations or Lending support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training,
military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in Collateral operations or financial servicing, preferably with exposure to Borrowing Base workflows.
Robust analytical, comprehension, and attention-to-detail skills.
Proven ability to read and interpret complex financial documents.
Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience managing relationships with US stakeholders and working within SLA-driven settings.
Ability to work independently and scale up quickly to SME-level responsibilities.
Familiarity with Borrowing Base methodology and related operational processes.
Exposure to risk and compliance frameworks in US collateral/lending operations.
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in process documentation and workflow optimization.
Demonstrate ownership and accountability in delivering accurate and timely BB submissions.
