We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team remotely in India.

Key Responsibilities
Use LinkedIn, job portals, social media, databases, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods.
Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage.
Develop creative strategies to fill challenging positions.
Meet agreed recruitment targets and timelines.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.

Required Experience
Minimum 2 years of proven recruitment or headhunting experience.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media recruiting, or similar platforms is preferred.
Excellent communication and interview-screening skills.
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
