Prabha Group of Companies is looking for an experienced and agile HR Manager to lead corporate HR operations and support multi-location workforce management. The role requires robust expertise in recruitment, statutory compliance, employee relations, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end HR operations at Corporate Office
Manage recruitment and manpower planning across departments
Ensure compliance with labour laws (PF, ESIC, CLRA, Factory Act, etc.)
Oversee payroll coordination and employee lifecycle management
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and HR policies
Prepare HR MIS reports and support management decision-making
Requirements:
MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant qualification
5+ years of HR experience, preferably in corporate and multi-location environments
Robust knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
