Tulja Bhavani is hiring a Field Sales Executive in Chennai to promote and sell its Bestie Beans tea, coffee, health mix, nuts and saffron products.
Responsibilities:
Visit groceries, retail outlets, bakeries, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and offices.
Introduce products and generate paid orders.
Follow up for payments and repeat orders.
Maintain customer and daily visit records.
Collect market and competitor feedback.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Positive spoken Tamil.
Basic English.
Field-sales experience preferred; confident freshers may apply.
Own two-wheeler and licence preferred.
Smartphone with WhatsApp and Google Maps.
Comfortable travelling within Chennai.
Positive communication, follow-up and reporting discipline.
Compensation
Fixed payment: ₹10,000 per month.
Fuel reimbursement: up to ₹1,500.
Mobile allowance: ₹200.
Performance incentives: up to ₹3,500.
Maximum potential payout: up to ₹15,200 per month.
