Job Role :Manager - Sales & Business Development Executive - Freight Forwarding and Logistics
Identify and generate potential business opportunities by sourcing prospective clients through various channels, including online platforms, industry databases, referrals, and networking activities.
Schedule appointments with prospective clients and coordinate meetings for self and senior management to explore business opportunities.
Conduct client visits and presentations to understand customer requirements and promote the company's logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain solutions.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and service offerings to clients under the guidance of senior team members.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing customers to convert leads into business and achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of services and timely resolution of client concerns.
Develop and maintain robust client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.




Conduct post-sales follow-up to measure customer satisfaction levels and identify prospects for additional business.
Utilize social media platforms and digital marketing channels to promote company services, generate leads, and enhance brand visibility.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, business opportunities, quotations, and sales activities in the company's CRM system.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Sound knowledge of Import-Export procedures, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, and Supply Chain operations.
Robust sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Knowledge of social media marketing and digital lead generation techniques.
Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
